Who doesn’t know Malala Yousafzai? She has proved herself globally and represented Pakistan across the globe. She is also known as the youngest ‘Nobel Prize’ laureate and is recognized as a symbol of courage and bravery worldwide.
Malala’s achievements are significant. She was recently interviewed by Tweak India, hosted by Twinkle Khanna. They decided to celebrate the ‘one-year anniversary’ of Tweak with a special guest, i.e., Malala. The young Nobel Prize winner talked about her struggles and how she had no one to guide her. She said that her fame was different than others, since people used to tell her she inspired them. She further added how she was overwhelmed by the attention she garnered in college. Still, things eventually got better at Oxford as they were used to studying with famous students.
Malala also shared her traumatic experience of how she used to receive death threats from the Talibaan. She said she stood against those who opposed the idea of education for women.
Malala Yousafzai is a big inspiration for everyone around the world. People look up to her as a role model. The way she stood up for women’s rights specifically those of the Swat valley is commendable. We are truly proud of her.
