1- Understand the significance of food journaling for weight loss

2- Eat food slowly

Don’t rush into finishing your plate. It takes around 20 minutes for your brain to process that you are full so eating slowly would actually make you feel fuller but with lesser calories.

5- Always remember to drink water before your meal

Drink water at least 20-30 minutes before you have your meal. This would make you feel fuller, and consume fewer calories, and hence, you will lose weight.
