To motivate women to step into the entrepreneurial ecosystem, Habib Bank Limited (HBL) and Katalyst Labs have signed a partnership agreement to accelerate startups and inspire female leaders.
HBL is playing its part to shape the future as a ‘technology company with a banking license’. Its goal is to form partnerships and help its customers with solutions. However, they are still a customer-centric bank that is providing opportunities by being a data-enabled and inclusive organization.
Katalyst Labs is an innovation hub. It was found by Jehan Ara and has played a huge part in promoting the entrepreneurship ecosystem of Pakistan.
Through this partnership, Katalyst Labs will head a cohort-based fellowship program for female entrepreneurs and business leaders. They will also provide them training and help them become part of a network of female leaders across Pakistan.
Alongside this, an acceleration program will be run that will focus on assisting collaboration between corporations and start-ups for knowledge sharing and market exploration. It will emphasize on food & Agri Tech, mCommerce, health tech, EdTech, fintech and others.
