1- Methi seeds
Methi or Fenugreek seeds are considered one of the best to fight hair fall. These seeds tend to repair the hair follicles. In addition to this, these seeds may also help in the re-growth of the hair.
Fenugreek seeds are packed with protein.
To use these on hair, simply soak the seeds overnight. Create a paste by grinding these seeds the next day and apply it to your hair as well as scalp. Leave the paste on for 30 minutes with a shower cap before washing it off.
2- Beetroot juice
Beetroot is high in proteins, vitamin C, phosphorus, and more. All of these nutrients are essential for the hair. Consumption of Beetroot is also considered beneficial for the skin.
3- Onion juice
This one is common because people frequently talk about the significance of onion juice in combating hair loss.
Basically onion juice has antibacterial properties. Other than this, onions are also rich in sulfur which improves circulation to the hair follicles.
4- Yogurt and honey
YES. Yogurt and honey are not only helpful in making the hair soft but can also help with hair loss. Honey has a list of benefits that it can provide to the hair and preventing hair loss is a significant one.
After the application of the mixture, make sure that you leave it on for 30 minutes. You can rinse it off afterward.
