Zara Tareen has recently taken a jab at Fahad Mustafa. The actress in an Instagram story publicly called out the actor.
Fahad recently released a statement requesting bloggers. He asked them to ‘wait’ for the public to watch the movie before reviewing it. ‘Your reviews can wait,’ he wrote. Mustafa said that their reviews can ‘damage’ the film even if they’re positive or negative. ‘It won’t help the industry in any way,’ he wrote.
The host also mentioned how the industry is in need of support. ‘Let people decide if the film is worth watching or not,’ he concluded.
After Fahad’s post, Zara immediately attacked him. In an IG story, she indirectly took a dig at the actor. She said that she is not sure if the reviews damage the film or not. However, she is sure that doing films for ‘free’ can damage the market. She also used the hashtag #ShutupMufasa in the post, hinting that her post was directed towards Fahad.
This wasn’t Zara’s only post, she then gave another statement. In the story that she titled as an ‘apology’ note, she again attacked Mustafa. Tareen said that she takes her words back because she used Mufasa’s name. ‘Using his name in place of a loudmouth, unprofessional, entitled Badtameez brat was uncalled for,’ she added.
The actress then mentioned how Mufasa was ‘respectful’ and the Lion King was a good movie. ‘Still gets amazing reviews because he earned them,’ she concluded.
