The Raqs-e-Bismil actress Sarah Khan recently took to social media to talk about her diet and workout routine during pregnancy.
In a post on her IG, the actress mentioned that she is following a customized meal plan made especially for her by an online fitness organization. She highly recommended the nutritionist, calling the meal plans ‘excellent.’ She also mentioned that she will be consulting the same nutritionist for her post-partum weight loss journey as well.
Revealing her workout routine, she spoke for all the mothers-to-be. She described working out during pregnancy as similar to ‘eating kale on your cheat day.’ She opened up about how difficult it is to exercise during the pregnancy period.
