Saheefa Jabbar’s experience
The Log Kya Kahenge actress wrote about her experience on Instagram. Saheefa Jabbar Khattak said that the doctor advised her to get an operation done on the nose. The way to get her deviated septum ‘fixed’ was through a surgical procedure.
She went on to write that she has always been scared of ‘going under the knife’. To her, the idea of having a facial part removed was scary, and she was reluctant to get it done.
Throughout the years, this protrusion has caused nose bleeds, dry nostrils, and infections, she shared. She hasn’t been able to properly breathe as well. The problem worsened, and she was unable to properly breathe. Eventually, she made up her mind to get the surgery.
Khattak wrote that she surgery went smoothly. But, the process was painful and scary. The procedure wasn’t that ‘hard’, but the post-operation time was difficult.
For the next two weeks, breathing was difficult and she was on bed rest.
“It isn’t always about beautification, there are a good number of cases when it’s about alleviating pain, and improving health”, the actress wrote.
She added that it is essential that we educate ourselves, rather than jumping to conclusions.
It took Saheefa 11 years to get to this point. Despite everything, she is glad that she can properly breathe now.
