Actress Hania Amir recently took to Instagram to speak her heart out. In the caption of a picture that she recently uploaded, Amir expressed her feelings in a loud and clear way.
The Anaa actress has many times before used her platform to talk about numerous important issues. She bravely opened up about online harassment and the impact cyberbullying can have on an individual’s mental health. Amir’s recent message also sheds light on how she has the right to live her life the way she wants.
‘I’m young I’m genuine I’m flamboyant I’m loud and I’m kind. Just because I’m growing up in front of so many people does not mean I can’t live my life.’ She wrote in the note. ‘I will make mistakes. I will change. I will make bad choices and I will make better ones. My views will change and some won’t. I will grow and I will learn. But I will not apologize for being human. I will not apologize for growing for evolving.’
The Ishqiya actress expressed that she has been struggling with these ‘thoughts’ and had been trying to think of ways to please the ‘negative ones on the internet.’ She called it the ‘honest hour’ and pour out her feelings into the note.
Amir spoke about how she has figured out that she can not pretend to be someone she’s not. ‘I have unapologetically been myself loud and clear and that should not change because people fail to understand me. I’m not just pretty pictures I am much more.’
Hania ended the note by asking the public to be ‘more tolerant’ towards one another. She also gave out a message at the end telling everyone not to ‘change their individuality’ just because people don’t ‘understand’ you. She wants everyone to be themselves as long as they are not causing anyone harm.
Hania’s purpose behind the note was to tell the public that she won’t change herself just to seek public approval. The actress does not want to pretend to be someone she is not.
