Hajra Yamin is currently in hot waters for her recent pictures. The public is moral policing her over her choice of dressing.

Yamin is among the known actresses in the industry who often appears in supporting roles. She has been a part of multiple dramas like Mere Apne, Tera Ghum Aur Hum, and Mohabbat Chorr Di. The actress also made her film debut in Maan Jao Na. She then appeared as a leading character in Pinky Memsaab for which she earned her nomination for Best Actress at the Lux Style Awards.

Recently, the actress has invited criticism over her choice of dressing. Yamin shared pictures from actress Mariyam Nafees’ wedding which took place in Swat. She was dressed in a white, backless lehenga choli. The public is, however, unhappy with her dress. Haters even told the actress that the reason why her family disowned her was because of this.

Other than being a skillful actress, Hajra is vocal on many issues. Last year, the actress urged the people of Karachi to speak up against injustices. Yamin shared a video in which she was schooling those who choose to stay silent whenever something wrong is happening. She called out those who do not speak up against the unfair. The actress in the clip explains the reasons why Karachi is going towards a downfall.

Once in an interview, Hajra had revealed that she was character assassinated for living alone in Pakistan. The actress had shared how her parents didn’t support her decision to live alone in Karachi. She believes that her parents’ concern was genuine since they wanted her to live alone anywhere abroad but not in Pakistan.
