DSP Aneela Naz is now the first-ever female head of the License Authentication wing of Traffic from KP

In an exciting new development, DSP Aneela Naz, who was serving in KP Police, has been appointed as the head of the Motor License Authentication wing of the City Traffic Police, Peshawar.

She is the first female officer ever to be serving on this post. Hailing from Lakki Marwat, the 48-year-old joined the KP Police as an ASI in 1996.

Naz also led a contingent of Pakistan’s police force during an international police conference in the UK, where she was given an award for her services.

Aneela deserves a lot of credit for putting in so much work and making a mark in a male-dominated field. While talking about her past, she said that the time she joined the department, her family was heavily criticized.

However, times have now changed as more and more women are coming to serve in the police. Aneela said that she wants to become an inspiration for all the young girls who aspire of going down the same career path as hers.
