Google has announced the year’s Generation Google Scholarship for 2021-2022. The scholarship basically targets women related to computer-sciences and engineering fields.
According to Google, the scholarship will be given based on the candidate’s academic performance and leadership skills. Moreover, the applicants must be willing to show dedication to diversity. The applicants must be 1st or 2nd year CS or other engineering field students in a recognized university. The students applying for the scholarship will be asked for their transcripts and CVs.
To finally select the students deserving of the scholarship, an ‘online challenge’, based on the strength of the application, will be conducted. The female students selected will get a scholarship of $1,000 for one school year.
